The content-related purpose that surveys pursue is not and should not always be recognizable to the outside world. The researchers want to make sure that you give your answers spontaneously and uninfluenced. This can sometimes lead to strange or funny questions.
Also, please note that many surveys are conducted in multiple countries and the questions are translated. The translation is not done by us and unfortunately, we cannot check it in all languages. That's why it comes to strange formulations from time to time. Please excuse this.
A survey violates our policies when:
The language is completely incomprehensible to you.
They find them offensive or discriminatory.
You will be asked for personal (contact) information (e.g. your e-mail address).
In these cases, please contact us so that we can close the survey. It would be perfect if you could provide and send a screenshot and the survey invitation link.
